Transaction Based Report
To allow for transaction-based billing, this report provides data specifying the number of transactions processed in your system with a high-level summary and supporting details. By default, the date range of the Transaction Based Report is the previous month.
To open the Transaction Based Report page, click Reporting > Transactions and enter the following information.

Pin Search Panel |
Click the Pin Search Panel icon to display or collapse the Search panel when the results are displayed. Alternatively, click the Search title row to display or collapse the Search panel at any time. |

Date Range | Select a from/to date range for the report. If the Date Range field is cleared, all tracked transactions will be displayed. |

Search | Search based on the selected parameters. |

Clear | Close the existing report and clear search parameters. |
When Search is clicked, the Transaction Based Report page refreshes to display the results. Click any transaction to expand the row to view additional information.
Click Print to display and print the results from a PDF popup.
Click Export to export the results to a .csv file.
After clicking the Export button, a popup appears.
- Click Save to save the comma-separated values (.csv) export with default options.
- Click Save as to change the name or location of the .csv file.
- Click Save and open to save the comma-delimited export with default options and open in a separate application (not available if no associated application is available).
After opening the .csv file, the information can be manipulated using standard worksheet methods.
