Click Administration > Users.

User Maintenance Areas

User Maintenance page, populated

Page Help Icon: Click the Page Help icon for a list of icons and functions available on the page. Refer to Page Help - User Maintenance.

Pin Search Panel: Click to expand or minimize the search panel when search results are returned. After selecting Pin or Unpin, click Search to change the page view.

Title Bar: Click the title bar area to expand or minimize the search pane. Refer to

Name: Filter users by name.

User ID: Filter users by User ID.

Domain: Filter users by domain.

Search Pane Action Buttons:

  • Search: Search based on the selected parameters.
  • Clear: Clear all input boxes and reset the page.

Users Control Buttons:

  • Add New: Add a new user.
  • Delete Selected: Delete selected non-default users. Default users cannot be deleted.
  • Export: Export a list of groups, group members and group member's permissions to a .csv file.

After clicking the Export button, a popup appears.

  • Click Save to save the comma-separated values (.csv) export with default options.
  • Click Save as to change the name or location of the .csv file.
  • Click Save and open to save the comma-delimited export with default options and open in a separate application.

  • Select All: Select all non-default users.
  • Sort By: Sort the results pane by Name or User ID, Ascending or Descending.

User Summary: View and edit detailed user information.

User Selection Check Box: Check to select the user for deletion with Delete button.

User ID: User ID for the user.

Name: Name of the user.

Copy User Icon: Copy any existing user settings along with other details and create a new user with those permissions. Partner Alias information will not be transferred to the new user. Copy User

User Deletion Icon: Delete the current user.
