eSign Login Page

The method of launching and logging in to eSign varies depending on your integration. The information on this page is for manually logging in using the Login page on your eSign web browser. Typically, when you process document transactions from your host (XML) or access eSign using the eSign Client system tray icon (RTS), you are automatically logged in. Follow this procedure to manually log in to the Login page on your eSign web browser.

  1. From your web browser, navigate to http://[YourServer]/TeAASP/Login.aspx. The Login page is displayed.
  2. Enter information in the fields on the Login page.
    Financial Institution (FI) IDEnter your Financial Institution ID.
    User IDEnter your User ID (e.g., FIUser).
    PasswordEnter your password.
    Remember MeSelect this checkbox to store your User ID for subsequent logins. (The Remember Me checkbox may not display on all Login pages.)
    LoginClick to complete the login procedure.

    		Cancel

    Clear all input boxes.

  3. After clicking Login, the Session Details page is displayed for RTS and XML integrations. The Cases page is displayed for eSignPlus integrations. You have successfully logged in to eSign. Depending on the settings configured by your administrator, your account will be locked after a certain number of failed attempts to log in. Contact your administrator to unlock your account.

Follow this procedure to manually log in to the Login page on your eSign web browser for Microsoft Azure Active Directory installations (cloud-based installations).

  1. From your web browser, navigate to https://immesign.com/TeAASP/Login.aspx. The Login page is displayed.
  2. Enter your information in the Financial Institution (FI) ID field, and then click Login.
    Financial Institution (FI) IDEnter your Financial Institution ID.
    User IDNot applicable.
    PasswordNot applicable.
    Remember MeNot applicable. (The Remember Me checkbox may not display on all Login pages.)
    LoginClick to be redirected to the Microsoft Azure Active Directory login.

    		Cancel

    Clear all input boxes.

  3. On the Microsoft login page, click your account. If your account is not listed, click Use another account.

  4. If you clicked Use another account, enter your Microsoft user sign in, and then click Next.

  5. Enter your Microsoft password, and then click Sign in.

  6. The Session Details page is displayed. You have successfully logged in to eSign. Depending on the settings configured by your administrator, your account will be locked after a certain number of failed attempts to log in. Contact your administrator to unlock your account.

Stop: To log out of eSign in cloud-based installations using Microsoft Azure Active Directory, you must click on the [User Name] menu and select Not [Username]? to log out of the application. Clicking the Logout menu item will not log you out. It is important to log out using this method for security.
