Consent Page

When Sign or Start is clicked on the eSignature Management page, the Consent page is displayed. On the Consent page, review and print the Consumer Disclosure, select the signing method (e.g., type, signature pad, or draw), create the signature and initials, add a photograph of the signer, and accept the terms to do business electronically. Once the Accept button is clicked, the documents that need to be reviewed and signed are displayed. The Accept button cannot be clicked until the Consumer Disclosure checkbox is selected. To stop the transaction at any time, click the Decline button. The features on the Consent page vary depending on the settings configured by the administrator. The following image is an example.

Consumer Disclosure Review the Consumer Disclosure. Until the Consumer Disclosure checkbox is selected, the rest of the Consent page is disabled except the Decline button. Click the Print button to print the Consumer Disclosure. The Consumer Disclosure area may be displayed differently depending on the settings configured by the administrator. Refer to the Reviewing the Consumer Disclosure for details.
Signing Method Select a signing method: Type, Signature Pad, or Draw. The available signing methods depend on the settings configured by the administrator and the document set. The default signing method is preselected. For PC-touch capable devices, do not use the in-person signature pad signing method. For ViewSonic, Wacom, and Topaz GemView displays, use the in-person draw signing method. In this example, the type signing method is selected.

Signature

Create the signature and create initials. Your Name and Initials fields are automatically populated from party information in the documents. Modify as necessary. The signature area is displayed differently depending on the selected signing method. If the signer is only reviewing documents, the signature and initials options are not displayed. The features shown here vary depending on the settings configured by the administrator and the document set being signed. The following examples have both signatures and initials. The signature pads shown are examples only. Your signature pad will be different.

Add a Photo Add the signer's photograph as part of his or her signature mark. The availability of this feature depends on the settings configured by the administrator and the document set being signed. Refer to Adding a Photo for details.
